1. Eligibility for Returns
Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your package.
All returned goods must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and kept in original packaging with all tags intact. Clearance items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
2. How to Start a Return
- Contact our customer service via email with your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for our official return approval and return shipping address.
- Pack the items securely and send them back following the given instructions.
- Send us the tracking number after shipment for verification.
3. Shipping Fees for Returns
- If the return is caused by our errors (wrong item, size mistake, defective product), we will cover the return shipping cost.
- For personal reasons including incorrect size, dislike of style or accidental order, buyers shall bear all return shipping fees. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. Refund Process
We will inspect all returned items within 3–5 business days after receipt.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment account within 2–7 business days.
- The actual arrival time of funds depends on your payment provider and bank processing rules.
5. Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
- Products damaged due to improper use, washing or man-made destruction are not acceptable for return.
- Items without original labels, packaging or accessories cannot be returned.
- Customized products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
6. Damaged or Wrong Items
Please take clear photos of defective, damaged or incorrect items and contact us within 7 days upon delivery. We will arrange replacement or full refund accordingly.
